Surface preparation and
specification
Concrete: Concrete surface must be free of dust and dirt. Remove oils with
detergents and rinse thoroughly with tap water until surface is neutral. Ascertain
that the surface is rough to a depth of 200 microns minimum, exposing the
original, stable concrete surface. Cure fresh concrete for 28 days at least. It is
recommended to rinse the concrete surface at a pressure of 150 atmospheres
min., to remove salts. Allow to dry for 48 hours. Verify that surface pH is 6-10.
