Zemach Feed mill for Poultry
Zemach Feed mill is one of the leading Israeli factories for the production of broiler and turkey feed.
The factory is owned by the Beit She'an, Jordan Valley and Golan Heights farmsteads. Most farmsteads have broiler / turkey houses. In addition, we supply feed to private growers from the Golan Heights in the North down to the central areas of the Jordan Valley.
We are able to manufacture pressed, crumbed or pelleted feed, by demand.
Research and Development
Zemach Feed mill is engaged in research and development of poultry feed. We perform our tests in an experimental testing farm. We examine different compositions of feed and raw materials, as well as a variety of additives and nutrition programs. Since we maintain a close connection with poultry growers in the area, we have the ability to examine and immediately implement all testing results while receiving real time feedback. Our growers' data gathering system is one of the most advanced systems in the country, enabling both us and the growers to compare real time performance.
Zemach Feed mill is ISO 9001 Certified.
We maintain a meticulous quality assurance program, based on advanced laboratory and sampling systems of both raw materials and finished products, NIR technology and wet chemistry.
In addition, all products must pass physical tests, designed to examine the dumpling strength. Feeds that do not conform to the standard regarding either chemical composition or physical qualities, are not approved for marketing.
All raw materials and finished products are under constant supervision of the Governmental Authority for feed quality control.
Technical, Professional and Financial Support
We maintain a professional counseling and technical support system, designed to assist chicken and turkey growers in all matters related to nutrition and breeding programs. We make day to day visits to breeding farms and conduct professional seminars. The feeding programs are adapted to the poultry growth rate, according to a variety of nurturing methods, interfaces and seasons.
We maintain a close connection with academic and research centers, enabling us to keep our growers at the forefront of the poultry breeding industry.
