95% Shiraz | 5% Petit Verdot

Shiraz, from the Alexander Reserve Collection, is a pure red Shiraz wine made from grapes harvested in Ein Setter, on the Mitzpeh Hayamim Mountain in Upper Galilee.

Preserving limited produce, with some of the strictest growing conditions in Israel combined with advanced agro-technology and diligently controlled water, the outcome is a harvest of the highest quality.

This wine is full bodied, with good complex tannins.  It is an elegant wine that will age well over time.

The wine was allowed to mature for 24 months, 60% in French barrels and 40% in American barrels before blending.
