This wine is made from 85% Merlot, 10% Petit Verdot and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The grapes were grown in top quality vineyards in Kerem Ben-Zimra and Ein-Seter, Mitzpe Hayamin mountain in upper Galilee. Low grape yield, excellent growing conditions and state of the art agro-technology give the grapes their quality and uniqueness. The grapes were harvested at dawn, strictly sorted and the selected bunches were sent for crushing and controlled alcoholic fermentation. The wine was aged 24 months in French oak (60%) and American oak (40%) barrels in strictly controlled temperature. An elegant wine ready for serving and a long aging potential.
