90% Cabernet Sauvignon | 6% Petit Verdot | 4% Cabernet Franc

Our prize winning Cabernet Sauvignon from the Alexander the Great Series has been a successful and esteemed product in Israel and abroad.  This series’ Cabernet Sauvignon 2011 was awarded 90 points by wine critic Robert Parker.  We recently learned that this wine is among those offered by the Michelin 3-star Lemonde Restaurant, in Tokyo.

Cabernet Sauvignon is produced by the winery’s exclusive locations from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Franc.  Cabernet Sauvignon is a noble wine grown in the Ben Zimra vineyard at a height of 870 meters above sea level.

These grapes are selectively chosen before crushing.  The result is a rick, full bodied wine with layered flavors and aromas.  It is both delightful and complex, with the ability to age well over the years.

The wine rests for 36 months, 60% in French barrels and 40% in American barrels before blending.
