Ardan Transformers (formerly known as Ardan Electrical Industries) was established in 1993 as a joint venture with German transformer manufacturer Starkstrom-SGB. Ardan design, manufacture and service oil immersed distribution and small power transformers up to 15,000KVA and 36KV both hermetically sealed or with expansion tanks that meets IEC60076 and BS standards. In addition Ardan design and manufacture custom made transformers to meet specific design requirements such as phase shifted transformers, Peterson coils, Earthing transformers etc. Ardan Also caters the cast resin transformers market and the power transformers sectors through strategic alliances with leading manufacturers around the world.
Ardan is the main DT supplier to the Israeli Electrical Co. with thousands of transformers delivered yearly and a world precedent defect rate of less than 0.004%. The Israeli/German technology places Ardan as a top quality manufacturer that meets specific customer's design specifications.

Mr. Eyal Sayar-Nitsan, CEO – Mr. Sayar-Nitsan acts as the active CEO of Ardan since 2006 has a BS.c from the University of Evansville Indiana and MBA from Tel-Aviv University Recannati business school. Mr. Sayar-Nitsan was involved in various companies in Israeli High tech industry and the electrical field.

Mr. Haim Nudelman,  Plant Manager – Mr. Haim Nudelman acts as the plant manager of Ardan since 2008 has a BS.c Mechanical Engineering from the Technion Haifa Israel. Mr. Haim Nudelman has almost 20 years experience in managing big operations in Israeli industry.

Mr. Asher Roth, CFO – Mr. Asher Roth act as the CFO of Ardan since 2008 has a BA in Business Management from Bar-Ilan University. In his previous positions he acted as Chief Accountant in Arkal Plastic Products LTD between the years 2006-2008 and as an accountant at the firm of BDO ZIV HAFT between the years 2000-2006.

Mr. Igal Halili, Purchasing Manager- Mr. Igal Halili acts as the strategic purchasing manager of Ardan since 2008 has graduated Industrial Engineering and Management from Tel-Aviv College, and Business Management from the Technion institute in Haifa.
Mr. Igal Halili have more than 20 years experience in high-tech and in industrial companies, managing purchasing and logistics.

Mr. Paul Khait, Chief Electrical Engineer – Mr. Pavel Khait act as the Chief Electrical Engineer of Ardan since 1997 has a MSe from university of Donezk, U.S.S.R. Mr. Pavel Khait was involved in various departments of ZTR (Zaparojie, Ukraine) and have more than 35 years of experience of design calculation testing and protection of power transformers.

Mr. Evgeny Farbarov, Production Manager – Mr. Evgeni Farberov act as the Production manager of Ardan Since 1993 has BS.c Mechanical Engineering from the Belarusian Polytechnic institute. Mr. Evgeni Farberov is responsible for the production of oil and cast resin transformers.
