With more than 50 years of domestic and international experience, Telemenia provides partial or full engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services for a wide range of power generation solutions.  Under EPC contracts, Telemenia supplies all or some of the following services:Feasibility studies to confirm client’s business plans according to site specific data and technical assessment of the projectEnvironmental impact studies (EIS) on behalf of the clientConceptual and detailed design of the project – including civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering, on-site geotechnical studies, grid interconnection studies, etc. These design works are carried out by Telemenia’s seasoned engineering teams in collaboration (if required) with external renowned engineering firms.Full project management, including QC and safety plans, HSSE, etc.,Procurement of all necessary equipment and materials for the successful implementation of the project, including bid preparation , review, selection, and purchasingMobilization, site preparation, fencing, and security of the plant siteConstruction (civil, mechanical, electrical), all control systems, grid interconnection, black start, access and internal roads, power houses, tank farms, PRMS units (gas), unloading stations (fuel), and more.Cold and hot testing proceduresCommissioning of the full plantTraining and handing over of complete, fully operational plants. All Telemenia projects meet the stringent quality, service and safety requirements and standards, using the latest technologies and manufacturing methods.

As part of its long term business strategy, Telemenia is also involved in the development of its own power generation projects. The F.K. Group currently owns over 600MW of power worldwide and Telemenia is currently developing several other projects where it holds full or partial ownership and also acts as the project’s EPC contractor. The company’s vision is to steadily increase the power generation capabilities in the near future, resulting in long term, secured cash flow through Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) with utility companies and power traders.

As part of its commitment to clients, and in lieu with its technical capabilities, Telemenia offers long term O&M contracts (usually 10 years, extendable by additional period(s) of time). Under an O&M contract, Telemenia takes the responsibility of the daily operation of the plant as well as preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure that the plant is run at top availability and efficiency in the long run.Under such contract, Telemenia would keep a sufficient number of operators at site, as well as technical staff and equipment, with the required amount of spares to ensure minimum downtime and appropriate efficiency and availability as described in the relevant O&M contract.
